Loom Broth Noodles
Springy egg noodles in a golden bone stock, finished with braised pork, a soft egg and fried shallot oil.

Three plates carry the stall. Each one is cooked to order, so the first bite still has the smoke from the wok.

Day-old jasmine rice charred hard in the wok with egg, garlic, chilli and a splash of dark soy.
Thin-skinned dumplings folded by hand each morning, steamed and served with black vinegar and ginger.
Nothing here is rushed except the last thirty seconds in the wok. We cook a short menu so each plate gets the same care at the end of service as at the start.

Bones, charred onion and dried shrimp go in the pot before we close and stay on a low flame until morning.
Dumplings and noodles are portioned each morning. When a batch is gone, it's gone until tomorrow.

Yes. Ask for mild, standard or fiery when you order. Our house sambal also sits on the counter for anyone who wants more.
The Silk Thread Dumplings come in a mushroom and cabbage version, and the Chilli Crisp Tofu is vegetarian. Our broth is made with bones, so the noodle soup isn't.
The stall is first come, first served. For groups and events, send a catering enquiry and we'll plan a pickup or delivery window with you.
